Business Development Specialist – MarketingWe are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and turning client needs into successful marketing projects.Responsibilities* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.* Understand clients’ business needs and marketing objectives to recommend suitable solutions.* Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers in collaboration with internal teams.* Manage and follow up on leads throughout the business development cycle.* Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.* Contribute to achieving business development and sales targets.* Collaborate with marketing, creative, content, and project management teams.* Maintain and regularly update client and business opportunity databases.Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing Communications, or a related field.* 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related role.* Previous experience in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency is preferred.* Good understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and content creation.* Experience in client management and preparing business proposals and presentations.Skills* Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.* Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.* Strong presentation and pitching skills.* Commercial awareness and ability to identify business opportunities.* Market research and competitor analysis skills.* Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.* Good command of English, both written and spoken.
