Job Requirements

Education and Experience: Educations and Certificates: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field- Professional certification in sales, marketing, or healthcare management is an advantageExperience: - Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or healthcare marketing- Experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, or medical services preferred- Knowledge of the Saudi healthcare market and payer environment is an advantageSkills and Professional Knowledge: - Strong understanding of business development and sales principles- Knowledge of healthcare referral pathways and partnership models- Market analysis, reporting, and presentation skills- Negotiation and relationship management skills- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities- Analytical and opportunity-driven mindsetLanguage:Proficiency in written, read and spoken Arabic and English languagesRoles and Responsibilities (But not limited to)General Roles and Responsibilities -Support Baraya’s growth strategy and service expansion initiatives- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and partners- Represent Baraya professionally in external interactionEssential Functions/ Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business and referral opportunities- Build relationships with hospitals, insurers, physicians, and healthcare partners- Support contract discussions and partnership agreements- Conduct market research and competitor analysis- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases- Track referrals, leads, and business development KPIs- Coordinate with clinical, operations, and finance teams- Represent Baraya at meetings, events, and conferences- Support marketing and awareness initiatives- Provide reports and insights to management on growth performance
