Company Description The National Training Center for Facilities and Hospitality Management (FHM | فهم) is an independent, non-profit training center focused on developing talent for the facilities and hospitality sectors. It was established through a strategic agreement between the Technical & Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH), and Saudi Aramco. FHM designs and delivers specialized training programs that support national workforce development and industry standards. The center offers a collaborative environment where professionals can enhance their skills and contribute to the growth of the hospitality and facilities management industries.Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building partnerships with organizations in the facilities and hospitality sectors, and supporting the growth of FHM’s training programs. Day-to-day activities include conducting market and competitor research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market needs, track performance against business development targets, and provide regular reports and insights to management.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to assess opportunities and inform strategy.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage partners, clients, and stakeholders effectively.Proven experience in Lead Generation and business development within education, training, or related sectors.Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Experience in the facilities or hospitality industry in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; strong organizational and time management skills.Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is considered a plus.
