Team members collaborate to create a positive, inclusive environment where every learner’s progress is valued and celebrated.Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including developing partnerships with schools, community organizations, and families. Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research, managing inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. The specialist will prepare proposals, support marketing initiatives, track performance metrics, and provide feedback on programs and services to improve enrolment and retention. Collaboration with the management and tutoring teams is essential to align business development activities with educational goals and centre values.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage with families, schools, and partners, including clear written and verbal interaction.Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills to build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and convert inquiries into enrolments.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide supportive, responsive, and professional interactions with learners’ families and stakeholders.Relevant experience in business development, sales, or education services, preferably within a tutoring or learning centre environment.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and use CRM or similar tools for tracking leads and performance.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
