Business Development Specialist

Lead Management & CRM (Primary Responsibility) Own the lead lifecycle from first enquiry to signed client.* Respond fast to new enquiries, qualify them, and book discovery calls.* Maintain the CRM (Airtable): stages, follow-up dates, lead sources.* Call and WhatsApp leads. Follow up until they close or are archived.* Research each lead before the call.* Draft and send proposals.* Re-engage cold leads on a set schedule.* Hand over won clients to account managers.Outbound & Partnerships* Build lead lists and run cold outreach: email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls.* Target warm triggers: new restaurant openings, rebrands, weak Instagram accounts.* Build referral partnerships with fit-out companies, F&B consultants and cloud kitchen operators.* Run Donut Media's own LinkedIn and Reddit prospecting.* Attend F&B events and expos.Campaigns & Sales* Turn blogs and copy into email and WhatsApp campaigns.* Maintain automated email sequences and track results (UTM, GA4).* Sell small-ticket and entry offers to smaller budgets.Reporting & Sales Assets* Weekly pipeline report: leads by source, conversion by stage, win/loss reasons.* Collect testimonials, reviews and results from clients.* Keep the pitch deck, case studies and proposal templates current.* Follow up on overdue client payments.Why work with Donut Media?* Performance driven & transparent office culture.* Window facing office with a pleasant break area.* Office working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM (Weekdays Only)* Remote work on Saturdays 11 AM - 1 PM* Opportunity to learn and grow as you work with an award winning social media agency.Who we are looking for:* Has run outbound before and can quote real results (reply rates, meetings booked).* Strong copywriter. Keeps messages simple and clear.* Confident on calls and WhatsApp.* Comfortable with CRM tools. Airtable is a plus.* Diligent and detail-oriented. Dates, follow-ups and typos don't slip.* Owns their work, willing to experiment, and builds systems from scratch.* Preferred: UAE F&B or agency sales experience.Position Details 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE (Full-time)AED 5,000 base salary + Attractive tier based commissions.Transport and phone costs covered.Visa, Medical Insurance & Unemployment Insurance Provided.
