Business Development Specialist – Enterprise IT & ITAD Services

About the RoleRecycle Emirates is seeking a Business Development Specialist with a strong background in Enterprise IT Distribution, OEM Channel Sales, or Technology Solutions Sales. The ideal candidate will leverage existing relationships with enterprise customers, OEMs, distributors, resellers, and system integrators to generate opportunities for IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), value buyback, data destruction, and sustainability services.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business opportunities for ITAD, asset recovery, and electronics recycling services.Engage enterprise customers undergoing IT refreshes, data center upgrades, cloud migrations, and technology transformations.Build relationships with OEMs, distributors, VARs, MSPs, and large corporate accounts.Promote Recycle Emirates' circular economy and sustainability solutions.Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.Maintain a strong pipeline across UAE and GCC markets.Requirements3+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Sales, IT Distribution, OEM Channel Sales, or Business Development.Strong network within enterprise IT, OEM, or distributor channels.Experience with products from Dell, HPE, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, IBM, Microsoft, or similar vendors.Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle, sustainability, or ITAD services is an advantage.Why Join Us?Be part of a fast-growing company helping organizations maximize asset value, reduce e-waste, and achieve their sustainability goals through responsible IT lifecycle management.Apply now and help drive the circular economy in the enterprise technology sector.
