Business Development Specialist (Fashion or Jewelry)

Job Description Duties :* identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.* Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, brands, providers, and corporate clients.* Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, MOUs, and service contracts.* Prepare professional business proposals, presentations, and partnership offers tailored to client requirements.* Lead business development initiatives from prospecting through contract execution.* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and partnership commitments.* Support the recruitment, screening, and onboarding of trainees for fashion and jewelry-related programs.* Develop and maintain talent pipelines through educational institutions, training centers, and industry networks.* Monitor project performance and prepare business reports, forecasts, and recommendations for management.Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.* Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or commercial operations.* Strong knowledge of contract drafting, contract negotiation, and commercial documentation.* Demonstrated experience in proposal writing and preparing professional business presentations.* Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or trainee placement programs is highly desirable.* Familiarity with the fashion, luxury retail, jewelry, or related industries is an advantage.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business communication tools.* Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is preferred.Requirements* Well-connected within fashion, luxury retail, jewelry, training, or education sectors.* Commercially minded with strong relationship-building capabilities.* Able to represent the organization professionally in meetings, negotiations, and industry events.* Results-oriented with a proven track record of securing partnerships and business opportunities..
