Business Development Specialist – Interior Fit-Out

📍 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia💼 Full-Time⚠️ ImportantThis position is strictly for Interior Fit-Out Project Sales.We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of generating and securing complete interior fit-out projects for shops, malls, offices, showrooms, commercial spaces, restaurants, hospitality, and similar projects.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of direct sales/business development experience in Interior Fit-Out or Interior Contracting.Proven experience in winning fit-out projects, not product/material sales.Strong network of clients and decision-makers in Saudi Arabia.Experience selling fit-out projects for shops, malls, offices, showrooms, commercial spaces, restaurants, or hospitality projects.English required; Arabic is an advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new interior fit-out project opportunities.Develop relationships with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, procurement teams, and corporate clients.Identify upcoming shop, mall, office, showroom, retail, hospitality, and commercial fit-out projects.Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and negotiations.Coordinate with estimation and project teams to prepare proposals.Close projects and achieve sales targets.Maintain sales pipeline and weekly reports.How to Apply📧 Jobs@beventsa.comSubject: Business Development Manager – Interior Fit-Out
