Business Development Specialist - KSA

Whiplash Production is looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to lead our growth in KSAThis is a senior, revenue-focused role for someone who already has strong relationships within the KSA advertising, production, media, and post-production industry.What we’re looking for:5–8 years of Business Development / Sales experience in KSAStrong existing network of agencies, production companies, brands, and marketing teamsProven track record of generating revenue and closing dealsStrong understanding of the post-production and creative services industryExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and build business from the ground upArabic and English fluencyThe role will focus on:• Opening new doors and generating qualified leads• Converting relationships into active clients• Building a strong pipeline of agency, brand, and production work• Developing long-term client relationships• Providing market insights and identifying new opportunities• Working closely with our CEO, Producers, and creative teams📍 Location: KSA -Lebanon📈 Compensation: Performance-based commission/incentive structure, with the opportunity to grow into a Head of KSA Business Development role.If you are well-connected in KSA, commercially driven, and passionate about the creative industry, we’d love to hear from you.📩 Interested?
