This position is ideal for a results-driven sales professional passionate about transforming workforce challenges into sustainable business outcomes.Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and industry outreach. Create tailored manpower outsourcing proposals that solve client-specific staffing needs and align with business objectives. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including HR directors, operations managers, and procurement leaders. Lead full-cycle sales processes—from initial contact to contract negotiation, onboarding, and client handover. Partner with recruitment, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of outsourced workforce solutions. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and client feedback to continuously improve sales approaches and service offerings. Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and performance tracking. Deliver compelling client presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops highlighting the value of outsourcing services. Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system, including activity logs, forecast updates, and deal progression statuses.RequirementsRequirements: 5+ years of experience in manpower sales, recruitment sales, or outsourcing sales within the HR or staffing industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and securing long-term, high-value contracts. Deep knowledge of workforce outsourcing models, including temporary staffing, contract labor, and managed services. Strong grasp of employment laws, compliance standards, and risk management in outsourced labor environments. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive-level decision-makers. Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing collaboratively to team success. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Willingness to travel locally and regionally to meet clients and attend industry events.
