Business Development Supervisor

Main Purpose of JobLead and support business development activities by identifying new opportunities, expanding the client base, and achieving sales and growth targets. This position is within ARAC, a subsidiary company.Functional ResponsibilitiesStrong ability to analyze wellness market trends, consumer needs, competitor activity, and category performance to identify commercially viable growth opportunities.Demonstrated ability to identify, approach, and develop strategic partnerships that support business growth and portfolio expansion.Good understanding of the partnership agreement cycle, including opportunity assessment, term negotiation, internal review, approval coordination, documentation, and follow-up.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with partners, clients, executives, and internal teams.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.Ability to follow strategic direction and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.Confidence, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to achieving business goals.Job RequirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in pharmacy or any healthcare related degree.Experience(5-6 years) Experience in business development in KSA pharma industry.LanguageRequired English - proficient.Preferred Arabic - proficient.
