We’re Hiring: Business Education Executive / TrainerMiniBoss Business School is looking for a passionate, energetic, and confident professional to join our team and deliver practical business and entrepreneurship education for children and teenagers.📍 LocationDubai Knowledge Park, Dubai, UAEEmploymentFull-time | On-siteExperienceMinimum 2 years of relevant experienceLanguagesEnglish Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging entrepreneurship and business education sessions for children and teenagers.Conduct interactive workshops, activities, games, challenges, and business projects.Explain business concepts in a simple and age-appropriate way.Develop students’ creativity, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Guide students in developing and presenting their own business ideas.Prepare and adapt lesson plans and learning materials.Maintain an engaging and positive classroom environment.Communicate effectively with students, parents, and the internal team.Support MiniBoss events, camps, workshops, and other educational activities.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in teaching, training, coaching, or youth education.Fluent in English.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Confident and comfortable working with children and teenagers.Energetic, creative, and engaging personality.Strong interest or experience in business and entrepreneurship.Good classroom management and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ideal CandidateA confident professional who can turn business concepts into engaging, practical learning experiences and inspire young people to think creatively, take initiative, and build their own ideas.
