Corporate Coach to provide customized English-language training for professionals, managers, executives, and corporate teams.The ideal candidate has strong English-language expertise, business awareness, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to adapt lessons to different industries, roles, and proficiency levels.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging online Business English classes, workshops, presentations, and one-to-one coaching sessions.Assess learners' English proficiency, communication needs, professional objectives, and areas for improvement.Design customized learning plans for employees, managers, executives, and international business teams.Teach workplace communication including meetings, presentations, negotiations, networking, interviews, emails, reports, and business discussions.Develop practical lessons around real-world corporate situations, industry terminology, and professional communication challenges.Coach learners on pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, fluency, tone, clarity, and professional confidence.Help professionals communicate effectively with international clients, colleagues, suppliers, partners, and senior stakeholders.Provide training in professional email writing, business correspondence, reports, proposals, presentations, and executive communication.Conduct role-plays and simulations covering meetings, negotiations, client calls, presentations, conflict resolution, and networking.Teach cross-cultural communication and professional etiquette for multinational business environments.Provide individualized feedback on speaking, writing, grammar, pronunciation, and communication style.Identify learner weaknesses and create targeted development plans to improve specific communication skills.Track attendance, participation, assignments, progress, and learning outcomes.Develop presentations, worksheets, exercises, assessments, digital learning resources, and corporate training materials.Adapt teaching approaches to different proficiency levels, professional roles, industries, and learning preferences.Support executives and senior professionals with high-level business communication, presentations, and leadership messaging.Stay current with modern workplace communication practices, business terminology, digital collaboration tools, and corporate learning trends.Collaborate with HR, L&D, training managers, and business leaders to identify organizational language-training needs.Prepare learner progress reports, training summaries, feedback reports, and recommendations for continued development.Contribute to online courses, recorded lessons, corporate learning programs, and self-study resources.Maintain confidentiality of employee information, company documents, business discussions, and proprietary training materials.Follow professional teaching standards, organizational policies, privacy requirements, and data-protection procedures.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in English, Education, Linguistics, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of professional experience in Business English, corporate training, ESL/EFL teaching, professional coaching, or workplace communication is preferred.Excellent command of spoken and written English.Proven experience training adult professionals, corporate teams, managers, or executives.Strong understanding of business communication, workplace etiquette, professional writing, and international business environments.Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to explain language concepts clearly while maintaining a practical business focus.Strong ability to customize training for different industries, job functions, seniority levels, and learner objectives.Experience delivering online training using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, LMS platforms, digital whiteboards, and presentation tools.Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.Experience with corporate clients or multinational organizations is advantageous.Knowledge of business terminology related to finance, sales, marketing, HR, technology, operations, or management is advantageous.CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL, TKT, or other recognized teaching qualifications are advantageous but not required.Experience developing
