About the RoleStudy how the business runs, find where processes break, design the right solution, and work with the teams to put it in place.Real estate development runs across land, approvals, design, procurement, contractors, sales, CRM and handover. From the CEO’s Office you get a view of the full chain and the mandate to improve it. The role is measured by what actually changed in the business, not by follow-ups made or trackers maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Improvement• Map key business processes and identify gaps. Diagnose root causes using process mapping, data analysis and discussions with site and functional teams.• Design the improved process: the to-be flow, decision rights, approvals, controls and turnaround times.• Build the case for change with baseline numbers, expected impact and effort required.• Benchmark how leading developers and PMCs solve the same problem, and adapt what fits.Implementation & Change Management• Own rollout end to end: pilot, refine and scale, working alongside the function until the new way of working becomes the default.• Work with functional, project and site teams, understand their constraints, and co-design so the solution is adopted.• Convert the change into usable tools: SOPs, checklists, formats, DOAs, system workflows and training.• Track adoption after go-live and correct course. A process is done only when it holds without supervision.MIS & Decision Support• Analyse data and build the MIS and dashboards that give the CEO visibility on project, sales, cost and other key metrics without chasing information.• Present findings as clear recommendations with options and a point of view, and support business cases and feasibility reviews.Systems & Digitisation• Improve use of the ERP and project management systems by closing gaps between how they are configured and how the business needs to work.• Drive functional workstreams on system implementation and upgrades: requirements, process mapping, UAT, data migration and go-live.• Use AI and automation tools to cut manual effort in reporting and documentation.Governance• Run the CEO’s business review rhythm: agenda, pre-reads with a point of view, decisions recorded and closed through the accountable owner.• Support cross-functional strategic projects and prepare leadership and investor material.Who We Are Looking For• 2 to 4 years of experience, preferably with a real estate PMC or consultancy (CBRE, JLL, Colliers, Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakefield, Currie & Brown or similar), a Big 4 real estate advisory practice, or a business excellence, PMO or strategy role with a developer or EPC organisation.• Working understanding of the real estate development chain: approvals, design management, BOQ and procurement, contracts and billing, project controls, sales and CRM, and handover.• Strong with data. Able to build the analysis, question the assumptions and defend the conclusion.• Able to work credibly with both a site engineer and a functional head, and to hold a view with senior stakeholders.• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma or a similar structured problem-solving method is an advantage.Technical Skills• Advanced Excel and operational or financial modelling; strong PowerPoint.• Process documentation: SOPs, RACI, swimlane flows and control matrices.• ERP exposure (SAP, Oracle, Farvision, MS Dynamics, Highrise or similar) and project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.• Power BI or equivalent BI tool preferred.• Comfortable using AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in day-to-day work.Qualification• Graduate in Engineering, Commerce, Architecture, Construction or Real Estate Management. MBA or Master’s in Construction or Real Estate Management preferred.
