Business Excellence Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Excellence Executive to join our dynamic teamIn this role, you will:Drive Process Excellence:Standardize and optimize processes through the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Conduct business analysis and create Business Requirements Documents for process automation.Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in business excellence.Lead Improvement Initiatives:Lead and implement process improvement projects across the organization.Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable solutions.Measure and Track Success:Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.Identify and implement cost optimization and saving opportunities.Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement:Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other initiatives to cultivate a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

From 2 to 5 years of experience in a Business Excellence, Business Analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, or related role.Proven track record of successful project delivery and process improvement.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in data analysis tools.Proficiency in Process Modeling tools (MS Visio, Visual paradigm,..)
