Business Excellence Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Excellence Manager to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the Group.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, develop, implement, and maintain the Group QMS aligned with ISO 9001, EFQM, and business objectives.Develop and standardize quality policies, procedures, and manuals across all business units.Drive business excellence frameworks, performance improvement initiatives, and process optimization.Identify key performance metrics and best practices to enhance efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with applicable UAE regulations, international standards, and organizational requirements.Coordinate with regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and external auditors.Monitor QMS performance, conduct internal audits, and oversee corrective and preventive actions.Prepare management reports highlighting performance trends, audit outcomes, and improvement opportunities.Lead Management Review meetings and present quality performance and improvement initiatives.Collaborate with department heads to align quality objectives with business goals.Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement culture throughout the organization.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Quality Management, Business Excellence, or Continuous Improvement roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.Strong knowledge of ISO standards, EFQM framework, audit methodologies, and UAE regulatory requirements.
