Strong analytical thinking, project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management capabilities are essential.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of business process improvement, operational excellence, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, process mapping, and performance measurement.Strong project management and problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to translate business data and insights into practical improvement initiatives.Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, quality management, or Lean principles is an advantage.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional initiatives.Strategic, proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
