Role DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Excellence Manager to drive operational efficiency, process improvement, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The role involves evaluating business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, developing performance frameworks, and implementing initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, scalability, and overall business performance. The Business Excellence Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish KPIs, analyze business data, optimize workflows, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with practical problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business objectives into measurable improvements. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management capabilities are essential.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of business operations, process optimization, performance management, and continuous improvement.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis or reporting tools.Ability to develop KPIs, dashboards, performance reports, and actionable business insights.Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and drive execution.Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or other relevant professional qualifications are advantageous.
