Role DescriptionThe Business Excellence Manager will drive organizational performance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement by developing and implementing effective business processes, performance frameworks, and improvement initiatives. The role involves analyzing business performance, identifying operational gaps, optimizing workflows, establishing KPIs, and supporting data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include leading process improvement projects, developing performance dashboards and reports, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, standardizing best practices, and identifying opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and customer outcomes.
