Strong leadership, analytical thinking, process improvement, and stakeholder management skills are essential.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of business performance management, process optimization, and continuous improvement principles.Proficiency in data analysis, performance reporting, and business intelligence tools.Ability to identify operational gaps and develop practical, measurable improvement solutions.Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.High attention to detail with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and measurable results.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage.Strong leadership, organizational, and change-management capabilities.
