Business Excellence ManagerRole DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and sustainable business performance. The role involves analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, developing performance frameworks, and supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives across functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish KPIs, monitor performance, streamline workflows, and promote data-driven decision-making. The Business Excellence Manager will also support process standardization, governance, change initiatives, and the development of best practices to improve productivity, quality, and customer outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with commercial awareness and a practical approach to solving complex business challenges.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.Strong understanding of business operations, process improvement, performance management, and strategic planning.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Strong ability to interpret business data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.Familiarity with KPI frameworks, process mapping, continuous improvement methodologies, and project management tools.Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and business analytics tools; knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
