Business Excellence ManagerRole DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented Business Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and sustainable business performance. The role involves evaluating business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, developing performance frameworks, and supporting the implementation of initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and customer value. The Business Excellence Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance, establish key performance indicators, streamline workflows, and promote effective standards and best practices across the organization. Responsibilities also include supporting strategic projects, conducting performance reviews, identifying process gaps, and translating data and insights into practical business solutions. Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities are essential.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of business process improvement, performance management, and operational excellence.Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.Ability to develop KPIs, analyze business data, and identify actionable improvement opportunities.Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytics tools.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
