Business Excellence ManagerRole DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and analytical Business Excellence Manager to drive operational efficiency, process improvement, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The role will focus on identifying opportunities to improve business processes, strengthen operational standards, and support sustainable business growth.Key responsibilities include analyzing business processes and performance metrics, identifying operational gaps and improvement opportunities, developing and implementing process optimization initiatives, and establishing effective performance measurement frameworks. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve productivity, enhance service quality, and ensure alignment with business objectives.The Business Excellence Manager will also support the development of business policies, procedures, SOPs, dashboards, and performance reports; facilitate continuous improvement projects; monitor key performance indicators; and provide data-driven insights to support management decision-making. Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills are essential.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of business operations, process optimization, performance management, and continuous improvement.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools; knowledge of BI platforms is an advantage.Ability to develop KPIs, dashboards, SOPs, process maps, and business reports.Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness and a focus on operational excellence.High level of integrity, accountability, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
