Business Excellence Senior Analyst

1. Position OverviewLeads operational excellence initiatives and supports the organization's pursuit of institutional and business excellence awards to drive process improvement and performance benchmarking across the Group's sectors.2. Role ObjectiveThis role empowers the operational excellence discipline from the ground up — embedding process improvement methodologies and positioning the Group for institutional excellence recognition ahead of its growth and strategic milestones.3. Key ResponsibilitiesConducts operational excellence assessments across sectors, identifying process improvement and efficiency opportunitiesApplies structured methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Excellence) to diagnose and redesign operational workflowsLeads preparation of institutional and business excellence award submissions (e.g., King Abdulaziz Quality Award, EFQM Excellence Model), coordinating evidence-gathering across sectorsBenchmarks operational KPIs against sector and industry standards to identify performance gapsSupports the Quality Manager in developing and maintaining excellence frameworks and maturity modelsPrepares operational excellence reports and improvement roadmaps for management review4. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field5–7 years of experience in operational/business excellence, process improvement, or quality managementPractical experience with excellence frameworks (EFQM, Baldrige, or equivalent) and award submission processesWorking knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologiesStrong command of Arabic and English (written and verbal)5. Preferred QualificationsGreen Belt or Black Belt certification (Lean Six Sigma)Prior involvement in a successful institutional excellence award submissionExperience in retail, manufacturing, or multi-sector holding company environmentsEFQM Assessor certification or equivalent
