McEasy, a transportation management solution to simplify complex logistics operations. is looking for a Business Expansion Manager to join our ever-growing team.If you are a keen learner, self-driven, and looking to be a part of a team that is passionate with helping each other, we want to hear from you.Job DescriptionIdentify and validate ecosystem monetization opportunities adjacent to McEasy's FMS (Fleet Management System) customer base.Build the business case for each opportunity: market sizing, unit economics, pricing, partner economics, and explicit go/no-go criteria.Source, negotiate, and onboard external partners (distributors, insurers, banks and card issuers, fleet traders) and own the initial commercial relationship.Design and run pilots with existing McEasy customers, going to market through the Chief Business & Commercial team as the sales channel.Own the revenue target for validated ecosystem lines; report progress, learnings, and scale/kill decisions to the CSO and C-level.Hand over proven lines to Commercial and Product with a documented playbook, pricing, and operating model.RequirementsMin. Bachelor's Degree from any major5+ years of relevant experienceBusiness development / partnership experience — has personally sourced, negotiated, and signed commercial partnerships, not only supported themDirect exposure to at least one of: logistics/transportation, insurance or insurtech, automotive aftermarket & spare parts, fuel/fleet card, or vehicle financing & leasingCommercial modelling — able to build unit economics, P&L, and pricing scenarios from a blank spreadsheetData-comfortable — able to segment an existing customer base to locate monetizable demandExperiment design — runs pilots with an explicit hypothesis, one success metric, and a pre-agreed kill thresholdTrack record of taking a new product or revenue line from zero to first paying customersExecutive-level written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishHigh autonomy and tolerance for ambiguity; comfortable being measured on outcomes rather than activityPlacement: Cikini - Jakarta PusatReady to rock the sales scene with us?
