Assistant Manager (Analyst) Experience: 3+ Years Budgeted CTC: Up to ₹10 LPALocaƟon: Nariman Point, MumbaiReporƟng To: Vice PresidentWorking Days: Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturdays (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PMEducaƟonal QualificaƟon Chartered Accountant (CA) Cost & Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA) MBA (Finance) from a reputed insƟtute Inter CA / Inter CMA may be considered for the Assistant Manager posiƟonManagement Team.Key ResponsibiliƟesBusiness Finance & MIS Consolidate, analyse, and interpret MIS reports across Indian and US business operaƟons. Perform variance analysis by comparing actual performance against budgets and forecasts. IdenƟfy business trends, risks, and opportuniƟes and provide acƟonable insights. Prepare execuƟve dashboards and management reports.Financial Analysis Analyse Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements. Conduct profitability, cost, working capital, and raƟo analysis. Benchmark company performance against industry peers and compeƟtors.Business Performance Monitoring Coordinate with cross-funcƟonal teams to understand business performance and invesƟgatevariances. Monitor key business KPIs and ensure Ɵmely reporƟng. Support compliance monitoring and financial controls.PresentaƟon & ReporƟng Develop high-quality presentaƟons for senior management. Present financial and business analysis with logical recommendaƟons.Process Improvement Build and maintain structured financial databases. Improve MIS processes through automaƟon and standardizaƟon. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and Ɵmely reporƟng.Technical Skills Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP HANA reporƟng environment. Advanced MicrosoŌ Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas,dashboards). Excellent PowerPoint and presentaƟon skills. Experience in financial modelling and business reporƟng. Exposure to Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools will be an added advantage.FuncƟonal Competencies Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) MIS ReporƟng BudgeƟng & ForecasƟng Financial Statement Analysis Variance Analysis Cost Analysis Business AnalyƟcs Industry & CompeƟtor Benchmarking Business Performance MonitoringBehavioural Competencies Strong analyƟcal and problem-solving skills. Excellent business and commercial acumen. High aƩenƟon to detail and accuracy. Strong communicaƟon and presentaƟon skills. Ability to work with senior leadership. Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability. Ability to maintain confidenƟality.Preferred Candidate Profile CA/CMA/MBA Finance qualificaƟon with relevant post-qualificaƟon experience. Experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, MIS, Business Finance, Management ReporƟng, orBusiness AnalyƟcs. Strong experƟse in SAP and Advanced Excel. Excellent presentaƟon and analyƟcal skills. Exposure to manufacturing, texƟles, FMCG, retail, or other large corporate organizaƟons willbe preferred. Candidates currently working in Corporate Finance, Strategy, Business Finance, CEO's Office,Group Finance, or Central MIS funcƟons will be highly preferred.
