As we scale rapidly across products and functions, we're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders and shape people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth.About the Job: Key ResponsibilitiesOwn budgeting, forecasting, AOP and financial planningPrepare MIS, P&L and variance analysis for leadershipAnalyze CAC, LTV, unit economics and contribution marginsBuild financial models for business initiatives and pricing decisionsTrack budgets vs. actuals and identify risks and opportunitiesEvaluate business cases and ROI across functionsSupport investor reporting, fundraising and board presentationsDrive improvements in financial reporting and automationRequirementsCA with 5+ years of experience in Business Finance / FP&AStrong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skillsStrong understanding of business metrics and unit economicsAdvanced Excel/Google Sheets skillsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStartup or high-growth environment experience preferred
