About CryptoWalaCryptoWala is an emerging Indian crypto-investing platform focused on making long-term crypto investing simple and accessible through crypto SIPs. We aim to make disciplined digital asset investing easier for everyday Indian investors.We are looking for a highly curious and analytical Finance & Fintech Strategy Intern to work closely with our team on business model research, competitive analysis and revenue strategy.This is an opportunity to work on a real business problem at an early-stage fintech startup and contribute directly to decisions around how a fintech product can build sustainable revenue.What You Will Work OnResearch how leading crypto, fintech, investment and financial services companies make money.Analyse business models and revenue streams of companies in India and global markets.Study successful non-crypto fintech applications and identify models that could potentially be adapted for CryptoWala.Conduct competitor and market research across the crypto and fintech ecosystem.Identify potential revenue-generating features, products and services for CryptoWala.Analyse different monetisation models such as transaction fees, spreads, subscriptions, premium services, partnerships, referral models and other opportunities.Build comparative frameworks and financial/business-model analyses.Help evaluate the feasibility and scalability of different revenue opportunities.Prepare research reports, presentations and strategic recommendations for the leadership team.Work with the product and business teams to translate research into practical opportunities.What We're Looking ForStudents pursuing or recently completing an undergraduate/MBA/PG program in:FinanceBusinessEconomicsManagementEngineering with strong interest in finance/fintechRelated disciplinesStudents from universities and institutions such as BITS Pilani, IIMs, IITs and other leading universities are encouraged to apply.Strong interest in fintech, crypto, financial markets, startups and business strategy.Excellent research and analytical skills.Ability to understand business models and think commercially.Ability to conduct structured competitive and market research.Strong written and verbal communication.Curiosity, ownership and willingness to work on ambiguous problems.Prior experience in a startup, consulting, finance, fintech or research role is a plus.What You Will LearnDuring the internship, you will get hands-on exposure to:Fintech business modelsCrypto business modelsRevenue and monetisation strategiesCompetitive intelligenceFinancial research and analysisProduct strategyStartup business strategyMarket researchBuilding business cases and strategic recommendationsYou will work on real business problems rather than routine internship assignments, with your research and recommendations directly contributing to CryptoWala's business and product strategy.Interested in working with us?Apply via Linkedin or email us at HR@cryptowala.com with a short introduction and relevant academic projects/research, with the subject “Growth & Revenue Strategy Intern.”
