Business Growth Director

We’re Hiring: Business Growth DirectorFUSE Integrated Marketing Solutions is looking for a commercially driven Business Growth Director with a strong background in an advertising, activation, or events agency to lead our new-business and revenue-growth strategy in Saudi Arabia.This is a senior, results-focused role for someone who can identify opportunities, open doors, build a strong pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term clients.The Role You will take ownership of the agency’s growth strategy, working closely with the leadership team to expand our client portfolio, strengthen our market presence, and achieve measurable revenue targets.Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute FUSE’s business-growth and new-client acquisition strategy• Build, manage, and convert a qualified sales pipeline• Identify opportunities across government, semi-government, and private-sector organizations• Lead RFPs, tenders, credentials meetings, pitches, proposals, and commercial negotiations• Build relationships with senior decision-makers, partners, and procurement teams• Position FUSE and its services effectively within the Saudi market• Identify opportunities to expand and grow existing client accounts• Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and pipeline reports• Track conversion rates, growth KPIs, and performance against targets• Collaborate with strategy, creative, production, digital, activation, events, and account-management teams to develop winning solutionsWhat We’re Looking For• Proven success in winning new clients and generating revenue• Strong professional network within the Saudi market• Solid understanding of integrated marketing, creative, digital, production, activation, and event services• Experience managing RFPs, tenders, and competitive pitches• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation, and presentation skills• Strategic thinking combined with a proactive, hands-on approach• Fluency in Arabic and EnglishIf you know how to turn conversations into opportunities—and opportunities into sustainable revenue—we would love to hear from you.📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia📩 Send your CV to [career@fuse-me.com] with the subject “Business Growth Director”#Hiring #BusinessGrowth #BusinessDevelopment #AdvertisingJobs #ActivationAgency #EventAgency #AgencyJobs #RiyadhJobs #SaudiArabia #FUSE
