Location: Lagos / Abuja, NigeriaHiring Type: Local Hiring – Nigeria(Not expat hiring)About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Spare Parts Business Growth Manager with strong experience in the automobile spare parts / automotive aftermarket business, particularly 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers, to drive revenue growth, channel expansion, market development and overall business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities across channels, territories, customer segments and markets.Drive spare parts revenue growth through dealer, retailer, customer and channel development.Analyse branch, product, customer and channel performance to identify revenue gaps and growth opportunities.Drive initiatives to improve inventory health, including reduction of ageing and slow/non-moving stock.Work closely with Branch Teams, Marketers and National Sales Managers to execute business-growth initiatives.Monitor sales, inventory, order fulfilment and other key business KPIs.Develop business cases and recommendations for new channels, territories, products and customer segments.Prepare management dashboards, business reviews and presentations with actionable insights.Identify market trends and opportunities to strengthen the automotive spare parts business.Candidate ProfileGraduate degree required; Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering or related disciplines preferred.10+ years of relevant experience in automobile spare parts / automotive aftermarket, preferably covering 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers or similar automotive businesses.Strong exposure to sales, distribution, dealer/channel management, inventory and business planning.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and execute revenue-growth opportunities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to influence cross-functional teams and independently drive initiatives.Only local candidates currently based in Nigeria will be considered.Interested candidates kindly share your CVs to mariya@upman.in or directly apply here.
