🚀 WE’RE HIRING | Business Head – Singapore & SEA📍 Location: Singapore | Hybrid, client-site heavy💼 Type: Full-time, Permanent👤 Reports to: Founder & DirectorSystemBender is building its Singapore & SEA staffing business and we’re looking for a Business Head to be the first commercial leader on the ground in Singapore.This is not an inherited sales desk or management role. You will build the business from the ground up — opening enterprise accounts, closing staffing deals, negotiating MSAs, protecting margins, building subcontracting partnerships, and eventually scaling the Singapore team.What you’ll own:• New client acquisition across Singapore• Contract Staffing, Contract-to-Hire & Permanent Hiring• MSA, rate card & commercial negotiations• System Integrator / Consulting partner channel• Pricing, margins & revenue growth• Requisition qualification & delivery governance• Contractor experience, extensions & redeployment• Singapore market expansion → Malaysia → Thailand• Building and leading the local team as the business scalesWhat we’re looking for:✅ 8+ years in IT staffing / technology recruitment✅ 3+ years in quota-carrying or P&L ownership✅ Strong, current Singapore client network✅ Proven track record of closing Singapore contract staffing deals✅ Strong understanding of rate cards, margins, payment terms & conversion fees✅ Working knowledge of MOM, EP, S Pass, DRC & COMPASS✅ Comfortable building without a large sales/marketing infrastructure✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with strong operational ownershipStrong plus: Singapore market-entry experience, Malaysia/Thailand exposure, IT services/project delivery experience, and experience working with offshore sourcing teams.Why join?This is a build-and-own opportunity.Along with a competitive base salary, the role includes:💰 Profit participation in the Singapore business📈 Equity stake in SystemBender Singapore Pte.
