Business Head / Commercial Director – Automotive Aftermarket & Retail | DubaiFinstorm Placement Services is helping its client hire a commercially driven Business Head / Commercial Director to lead and grow an established automotive aftermarket business in Dubai.This is a hands-on business leadership role within an aftermarket/retail environment. We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked in automotive aftermarket, spare parts, tyres, batteries, lubricants, car care, accessories, automotive distribution or independent automotive trading businesses.This is NOT a conventional OEM/dealer sales role.Key Responsibilities• Own the overall P&L, business strategy, budgeting and profitability• Drive revenue growth across retail, B2B, distribution, e-commerce and export• Expand the retail and aftermarket business and develop new revenue streams• Grow product categories including spare parts, car care, batteries, lubricants and automotive accessories• Develop relationships with workshops, garages, fleets, distributors, retailers and trade customers• Strengthen supplier/principal relationships and commercial partnerships• Lead pricing, margins, inventory, working capital and commercial performance• Establish strong SOPs, KPIs and business processes• Build and lead a high-performing management and commercial team• Identify new markets, products and business opportunitiesIdeal Candidate• 10–15+ years of experience in automotive aftermarket, spare parts, tyres, batteries, lubricants, car care, accessories, automotive distribution or related businesses• 5+ years in a senior P&L/business leadership position• Proven experience managing a business/division rather than only a sales function• Strong exposure to B2B + retail + distribution• Experience working with independent aftermarket companies, trading businesses, distributors or mid-sized automotive businesses is highly preferred• Demonstrated ability to grow revenue, improve margins and manage working capital• Strong UAE automotive aftermarket market knowledge and customer network• Commercially hands-on, entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-moving, non-corporate environmentPlease Note:Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to large OEMs, automotive dealer groups, vehicle sales, fleet sales or corporate sales, without substantial aftermarket, parts, retail/distribution or independent automotive business experience, are unlikely to be suitable for this position.Location: Dubai, UAE | On-siteSalary: AED 25,000–30,000/month + performance-based bonus (non - negotiable)#DubaiJobs #UAEJobs #AutomotiveJobs #AutomotiveAftermarket #AftermarketJobs #AutomotiveRetail #SpareParts #BusinessHead #CommercialDirector #GeneralManager #AutomotiveDistribution #CarCare #AutomotiveAccessories #Tyres #Batteries #Lubricants
