Business Head – Forex/CFD BrokerageSalary: Up to AED 30,000 per monthKey ResponsibilitiesOversee the company's overall business activities, operations and growth.Represent the company on a global stage with clients, partners, IBs, institutional investors and industry stakeholders.Act as a senior representative of the company at international meetings, conferences, events and business engagements.Develop and maintain strategic relationships with global partners, liquidity providers, institutional clients and IB networks.Understand and coordinate key business functions including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Trading, Liquidity and Client Support.Identify new markets and business opportunities and drive sustainable revenue growth.Work closely with senior management on business strategy, performance and expansion.Ensure the company is professionally represented and positioned in the international Forex/CFD market.Requirements5+ years of experience in Forex/CFD brokerage or financial services.Strong understanding of end-to-end brokerage operations and business development.Proven ability to represent a company with international clients and business partners.Strong industry network and understanding of the global Forex/CFD market.Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.Strong leadership and commercial mindset.Professional, confident and capable of representing the company independently on a global stage.
