Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleVritti Solutions Management IFZE is looking for an experienced Business Head – Stall Fabrication to lead business development for our exhibition stall fabrication vertical in Dubai.The role will focus on acquiring clients participating in exhibitions and expos across Dubai and providing them with complete stall design, fabrication and execution solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire companies participating in Dubai exhibitions, expos and trade shows.Build relationships with exhibitors, corporate marketing teams, event agencies and exhibition organizers.Generate new business and achieve revenue targets for the stall fabrication vertical.Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and execution teams to develop suitable stall solutions.Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and close business.Develop a strong pipeline of upcoming exhibitions and participating companies.Manage client relationships from initial enquiry through execution and post-event follow-up.Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term client relationships.Candidate ProfileMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in Dubai in exhibition stall fabrication, exhibition contracting or a closely related business.Proven track record of acquiring and closing stall fabrication business.Strong knowledge of the Dubai exhibition and events ecosystem.Existing relationships with exhibitors, corporate clients, event agencies or exhibition organizers will be an advantage.Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.Ability to independently develop business and manage the complete sales cycle.Target-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial approach.This is a business acquisition-focused leadership role and is best suited for someone who already understands the Dubai exhibition market and has an established network in stall fabrication/exhibition sales.icial.
