Business Growth IntelligenceAnalyse market trends, advertising shifts, and competitor strategies to identify high-potential opportunities for expansion.Translate business intelligence into automated growth workflows — streamlining lead prospecting, outbound campaigns, and client engagement across multiple regions.Audit and optimise the sales pipeline through data-driven analysis, delivering regular performance insights and actionable recommendations to the BD team and management team.Implement AI-powered alerts and predictive analytics to keep the BD team ahead of market opportunities and revenue risks.2. Departmental AI TransformationEngage departments across the organisation to identify operational pain points and implement AI-powered workflow solutions.Serve as the go-to person for deploying and managing internal AI tools and automations at the execution level, coordinating with IT and department leads.Collect user feedback, prioritise enhancements, and ensure continuous improvement of deployed solutions.Track efficiency gains by monitoring and reporting progress toward the operational hour reduction target in collaboration with department heads.3. Workflow Automation & Technical DeliveryBuild, document, and maintain automation workflows on low-code/no-code platforms, ensuring reliability and scalability.Consolidate regional workflows into unified, scalable pipelines to reduce duplicated business effort and improve maintainability.Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track operational and campaign performance metrics.4. Adoption, Training & Cross-Functional CollaborationConduct training sessions and workshops to drive AI tool adoption and ensure teams maximise the value of deployed solutions.Track and report efficiency gains, measuring the impact of automation initiatives against operational targets.Partner with BD, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align AI initiatives with company growth objectives.Requirements:2–4 years in AI operations, workflow automation, business analysis, or growth strategy (digital marketing / ad-tech preferred).Hands-on experience building automated workflows on low-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, or Zapier).Demonstrated ability to deploy AI tools for campaign management, lead generation, or process automation with measurable results.Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and data visualisation tools.Ability to engage non-technical stakeholders, diagnose operational bottlenecks, and drive adoption across teams.Self-starter who can manage multiple concurrent projects across regions.Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.Visit our website to learn more: https://www.eternityx.com/If you are passionate about digital advertising, eager to take on new challenges, and ready to contribute to our Company's success, we would love to hear from you.
