Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe RoleAs a regional Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager, you will enable data-driven decision-making by delivering actionable insights, analytics, and market intelligence to your region. You will partner with global stakeholders and across regions to optimise commercial performance and support brand growth. You will be specifically responsible for the UKI & ANZ region in this role.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality reporting, analytics, and actionable business insightsAnalyse complex data to support strategic decision-making from field teams to senior managementDevelop and track business performance metrics and KPIsLead data exploration, forecasting, and market analysis activitiesSupport product launches through pre- and post-launch insight planningCollaborate with cross-functional, other regional, and global teamsManage external data providers and optimise analytics toolsDrive continuous improvement in business intelligence processesMaintain and develop dashboarding solutions for field teams, local brand teams and regional leadership teamForecast volume and sales for the budget process and latest estimates in collaboration with FinanceSkills & ExperienceStrong experience in business intelligence, analytics, and data interpretationProven track record of delivering market insight projects across product lifecyclesExperience with forecasting (including patient and volume-based models)Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendationsExperience working within matrix organisations and across stakeholdersStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with Next Best Action solutions and AI implementation into analytics ad forecasting a plusBachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)What You BringAnalytical thinking with the ability to manage complexityA continuous improvement mindset and focus on efficiencyClear and effective communication skillsAccountability and ownership of outcomesCuriosity and a commitment to ongoing learningWhy Join Norgine?You'll be part of a collaborative, purpose-driven organisation where innovation is encouraged, diverse perspectives are valued, and your work directly impacts patients' lives.BenefitsOur benefits may vary per location.
