Ready to lead data transformation and turn information into business impact?At Konecta, we are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence & Reporting Manager / Lead to join our team in Portugal and play a key role in the transformation of our Data, Reporting and Analytics capabilities.This is an exciting opportunity for a senior data professional who combines strong technical knowledge, business understanding and people leadership, and wants to have a direct impact on how data supports decision-making across a multinational organisation.🎯 Your MissionYou will lead our Data & Reporting team, driving the evolution of our reporting, analytics and data management capabilities while supporting a broader transformation towards greater data centralisation, standardisation and business intelligence.Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help transform complex operational data into meaningful insights and scalable reporting solutions.💡 What You'll Be DoingLead and develop the Data & Reporting teamDrive Business Intelligence, Reporting and Analytics initiativesSupport the transformation and centralisation of data and analyticsDevelop and optimise dashboards, reporting frameworks and management informationTranslate complex data into clear, actionable business insightsIdentify opportunities for automation and reporting optimisationEnsure data accuracy, consistency and reporting qualityWork closely with Operations and senior stakeholders to understand business requirementsSupport data-driven decision-making across multiple business areasEstablish and improve data management, reporting and analytics processesContribute to the development of scalable BI solutions for a growing international operation👀 Who Are We Looking For?We would love to hear from professionals with:Strong experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting or Data ManagementPrevious experience leading or supervising a Data/BI/Reporting teamStrong understanding of reporting structures, KPIs and business performanceExperience working with large and complex datasetsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate business needs into data and reporting solutionsExperience working with senior stakeholdersStrong communication and leadership skillsProfessional level of EnglishExperience within BPO, Contact Centre, Customer Experience or multinational environments would be highly valued.🌍 Why Konecta?This is more than a reporting role.
