Business Intelligence Analyst

Role Description A.  Data Management & Data SetupCollect, process, clean, and standardize data from various sources (POS, ERP, CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, membership systems, marketing platforms, etc.).Design, develop, and maintain data models to support analytics and reporting.Optimize ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load) to aggregate raw data from multiple sources, ensure data integrity, and streamline Data Warehouse loading for high-performance reporting.Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and completeness.B.  Dashboard & ReportingDevelop and maintain management dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.Design dashboards covering key metrics: revenue, store performance, customer analytics, membership, marketing ROI, staff productivity, and daily operations.Automate periodic reporting (daily/weekly/monthly).Implement auto-refresh mechanisms and automated report distribution.C.  Business AnalysisAnalyze business metrics including sales trends, customer behavior, conversion rates, traffic, revenue mix, and campaign performance.Deliver actionable insights to optimize operations, improve revenue, and control costs.Develop and manage KPI tracking systems.D.  Automation & System IntegrationIntegrate and consolidate data from multiple systems.Automate data processing and reporting workflows.Contribute to the development of data warehouse or centralized database solutions.Collaborate closely with IT teams and vendors for system integration.Perform other tasks as assigned by the BOD.QualificationsUniversity degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, or related fields.Minimum 3 years of experience in BI/Data Analyst/ Business Intelligence.Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and SQL, Python.Experience in retail, F&B, or chain service industry is preferred.Hands-on experience in data modeling, ETL, reporting automation, and dashboard design.Experience with API integration, Google BigQuery, Azure, or data warehousing.Proven experience in building BI systems from scratch.Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.BenefitsSalary: negotiate + parking allowance.Full benefits in accordance with the Labor Law.Public holidays and Tet holidays off as regulated by the State.Performance-based bonuses and sales incentives.Dynamic and friendly working environment.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Employee privilege programs, including vouchers for all company services.Engaging team activities such as tiNi Retreat, tiNi Xmas, tiNi Halloween, and moreDaily 15-minute relaxation session with the “Relaxing Radio” program.Working hours: 7.5 hours/day, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.Location: 326 Vo Van Kiet Street, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, HCM city.
