Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a Reporting Analyst to join a growing team in Westlake, TX. This is a highly visible analytics role responsible for turning data from multiple systems into clear, actionable reporting that supports business strategy, partner performance, and executive decision-making.The ideal candidate is a technically strong analyst who enjoys working with SQL, Power BI, large datasets, and data quality while also being comfortable partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.What You'll DoBuild and maintain performance dashboards using Power BI, Snowflake, or similar BI toolsDevelop recurring weekly and monthly performance reportingCreate executive-level reporting around KPIs, trends, and business performanceAnalyze lead quality, conversion rates, funnel performance, and other key metricsIdentify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within large datasetsValidate data accuracy and troubleshoot reporting discrepanciesWork with data pipelines, CRM systems, and other integrated business systemsAutomate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiencyProvide ad hoc analysis for business reviews and executive presentationsMaintain documentation around reporting logic, data sources, and processesPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and actionableWhat We're Looking ForExperience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data analysisStrong SQL skills and experience working with large datasetsExperience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or a similar BI platformAdvanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data modelingExperience building polished, stakeholder-ready dashboards and reportsStrong attention to detail and data validation skillsAbility to communicate analytical findings to non-technical audiencesHighly organized and comfortable managing recurring reporting deadlines
