Business Intelligence Analyst

MUST BE ONSITE IN ANCHORAGE ALASKA!Business Intelligence AnalystWe are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Data & Analytics function within the CFO organization, supporting enterprise analytics and data-driven decision-making.This role serves as a strategic bridge between data and business decisions, transforming complex and raw data into meaningful insights that enable leadership to make informed decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and performance across reporting and analytics.Translate complex data and analytics into clear, compelling narratives and actionable business insights.Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.Support the continued development of a data-driven culture and advancement of enterprise analytics capabilities.Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Strategy, and other business teams.Required Skills & ExperienceAdvanced proficiency with Power BI and SQL.Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.Experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.Strong ability to translate business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions.Demonstrated ability to turn data into insights that support business decision-making.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Python or R.Exposure to the broader Microsoft analytics ecosystem, including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure.Experience supporting Finance, Operations, or Corporate Strategy functions.Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
