Candidates must currently reside within reasonable driving distance of Elkhart County, Indiana.Opportunity OverviewA well-established, global organization headquartered in Elkhart County, Indiana is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful business insights. The Business Intelligence Analyst will help strengthen the organization’s understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning, customer behavior, and business performance while supporting strategic decisions across sales, marketing, and product development.The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills along with commercial awareness and curiosity. You’ll use business intelligence, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI tools to uncover trends, communicate the story behind the numbers, and help leaders make informed decisions.What You'll DoData & Market IntelligenceTranslate business objectives and questions into research plans, reports, dashboards, and analytical projects.Gather and organize data from multiple internal and external sources.Analyze customer and market data, including demographics, buying behaviors, pricing sensitivity, and demand trends.Monitor competitive activity, including pricing, marketing strategies, and distribution trends.Develop and maintain centralized sources for market and competitive intelligence.Perform quality checks and help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used for analysis.Business Intelligence & AnalyticsUse statistical modeling, AI, and business intelligence tools to identify trends, forecast performance, and support business strategy.Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear, actionable insights.Evaluate and improve BI and AI tools as business needs evolve.Create compelling visualizations and reports focused on market intelligence, sales trends, competitive positioning, and performance forecasts.Identify opportunities to use new technologies, tools, and applications to improve data-driven decision-making.Business Partnership & CommunicationPresent findings and recommendations to audiences ranging from functional leaders to senior executives.Translate complex data and analytical findings into clear business insights and recommendations.Partner closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other teams to support data-informed strategies.Maintain internal resources that provide ongoing market intelligence, competitor updates, and relevant industry developments.Support the development and implementation of new analytics tools and applications across the organization.What We're Looking ForBachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Marketing Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, market intelligence, or a related role.Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to influence business decisions.Proficiency with SQL and Python for data analysis and manipulation.Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, including advanced data visualization and dashboard development.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Experience leveraging or improving AI and BI tools to address evolving business needs.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly to non-technical audiences.Confidence presenting findings and recommendations to different levels of leadership.Ability to connect analytical insights to sales, marketing, product, and broader business strategies.Collaborative, curious, and comfortable working across multiple functions.Ability to travel occasionally as business needs require.Must reside within reasonable driving distance of Elkhart County, Indiana, or be willing to relocate prior to starting the position.Must be able to work on-site five days per week.
