This role offers significant visibility and the opportunity to shape BI best practices.The Role and DeliverablesDevelop and maintain best-in-class Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for stakeholders across the business.Deliver analysis and insights that support commercial and operational decision-making.Enable business users and analysts to access and effectively utilize data for reporting and analysis.Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable user stories and BI deliverables.Partner with data teams to ensure new datasets are designed and implemented to support reporting needs.Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the organization's BI capabilities and reporting standards.Your Skills & ExperienceDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Strong expertise in Power BI data modeling, dashboard development, and data visualization.Advanced SQL skills across platforms such as Redshift, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or similar environments.Strong analytical and statistical skills with experience applying business metrics and performance measurement.Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical reporting and analytics solutions.Experience working within agile environments and managing competing priorities effectively.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience working with Salesforce data within a B2B environment is advantageous.Exposure to financial reporting and analysis within a B2B organization is beneficial.Familiarity with Google Analytics, BigQuery, and cloud-based data environments is desirable.Knowledge of big data technologies and AWS data services such as S3, EMR, or Glue is preferred.Programming experience in Python, Java, or JavaScript is a plus.
