BI Analyst - UAEWe are currently looking for an experienced BI Analyst to join a growing Data & Analytics team and play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across a rapidly expanding international business.This is an opportunity to join a team working across Business Intelligence, Data Science, Credit Risk and AI, using large and diverse datasets to develop insights and solutions that directly influence business performance and lending strategies.About the RoleAs a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for translating complex datasets into meaningful insights that support business and credit-related decisions. You will work closely with Data Science, Product and Business teams to understand performance, identify trends and develop recommendations that can have a tangible impact on the organisation.Key responsibilities:Analysing large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns and opportunitiesDeveloping and monitoring BI reporting, dashboards and performance metricsProviding actionable insights to support commercial and strategic decision-makingSupporting credit risk analysis and the optimisation of lending strategiesMonitoring portfolio performance and identifying potential areas of risk or improvementCollaborating with Data Science, Product and Business stakeholders across different marketsRequirements: 5+ years of experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesProven experience working with large and complex datasetsStrong knowledge of BI tools, reporting and data visualisationThe ability to translate data into clear commercial recommendationsExperience working with cross-functional stakeholdersA strong understanding of business performance and data-driven decision-makingExperience within fintech, banking, lending, credit risk or a data-driven environment would be highly advantageous
