The Business Intelligence Analyst will gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support strategic and operational decision-making. Daily responsibilities include designing and maintaining data models, building and enhancing dashboards and reports, and using business intelligence tools to present clear insights to stakeholders. The role involves collaborating closely with business teams to understand requirements, translating them into analytical solutions, and monitoring data quality and performance. The analyst will also help identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and contribute to ongoing process improvement and reporting automation.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.Experience with Data Modeling and related techniques to support reporting, dashboards, and analytical use cases.Hands-on proficiency in creating and maintaining Dashboards using modern visualization platforms.Practical experience with Business Intelligence Tools and frameworks used for enterprise reporting and analytics.Solid Business Analysis skills to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into technical solutions.Proficiency with SQL and relational databases; exposure to data warehousing concepts is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience in consulting, staffing, or IT services environments is a plus.
