Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Please ensure it is up to date and checked regularly.About the RoleThe role is to help turning commercial, and retail data into useful business insights.Key Responsibilities1. BI Development & VisualizationBuild and maintain dashboards to track sales, revenue, cost, inventory, and business performance.Design reports that are clear, accurate, and easy for business teams to use.Ensure consistency and accuracy across reporting systems.Automate reporting pipelines using SQL, Python, ETL tools, or other relevant tools.Work with related teams to improve data quality, data availability, and reporting efficiency.2. Data Analysis & Business InsightsAnalyze retail, commercial, and operational data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.Support business teams in understanding performance drivers behind revenue, margin, inventory, cost, and customer behavior.Prepare analysis to answer business questions and support decision-making.Monitor key metrics and highlight unusual movements, risks, or opportunities in a timely manner.Key RequirementsWork ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields.2+ years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Financial Reporting, or related roles.Experience in retail, pharma, healthcare, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses is preferred.Proficient in Power BI, Looker Studio, Excel, or Google Sheets.Able to work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy.Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.MindsetAt Buymed, we look for people who are practical, proactive, and comfortable turning plans into real outcomes.
