Role DescriptionThe Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will transform business data into meaningful insights that support strategic planning and informed decision-making. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources, developing dashboards and reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and identifying trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, designing analytical solutions, validating data quality, and presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. The BI Analyst will collaborate with business and technical teams to improve reporting processes, enhance data visibility, and promote a data-driven approach to business performance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.Strong understanding of business intelligence, data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement.Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into practical business insights.Understanding of data modeling, data quality, database concepts, and ETL processes.Strong analytical, quantitative, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to develop clear dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with Python, R, DAX, or other analytical technologies is an advantage.Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and logical reasoning.Knowledge of business processes and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders is a plus.
