Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst / Senior BI Analyst

Join Our Business Intelligence TeamWe're looking for a talented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our growing BI team. In this role, you'll work closely with Product, Operations, Payment, Finance, Risk, and Data Engineering to transform data into actionable insights and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.The ideal candidate is analytical, business-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to quickly understand complex business domains, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and independently deliver high-quality analytical solutions with minimal onboarding. Prior experience in cryptocurrency, digital assets, fintech, or other data-intensive industries is highly preferred.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and dashboard solutionsDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting using Tableau or other BI toolsWrite efficient and optimized SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large-scale datasetsWork closely with Data Engineering teams on data modeling, ETL pipelines, metric implementation, and data quality improvementsDefine, maintain, and govern business KPIs and metric definitions to ensure consistency across teamsPerform ad hoc analyses to identify business opportunities, operational issues, and performance driversMonitor key business metrics, investigate anomalies, and provide timely insights and recommendationsSupport business initiatives through performance analysis, experimentation, and strategic reportingPresent analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersContinuously improve reporting automation, analytical processes, and data governanceRequirementsQualifications - RequiredBachelor's degree in a quantitative field3+ years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or similar rolesAdvanced SQL skills (joins, window functions, CTEs, optimization)Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalentExperience working closely with Data Engineering teamsStrong understanding of data warehouse concepts and metric designExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to quickly learn new business domains with minimal onboardingSelf-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentQualifications - PreferredExperience in cryptocurrency, digital assets, fintech, payments, or exchangesExperience with Databricks, Spark SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, or RedshiftPython (Pandas) for analysis and automationExperience designing KPI frameworks and executive dashboardsKnowledge of experimentation, data governance, and metadata managementTechnical SkillsAdvanced SQLTableau or equivalent BI platformData VisualizationBusiness AnalysisKPI & Metric DesignDatabricks / Spark SQL (Preferred)What Success Looks LikeDeliver trusted, scalable, and actionable business reportingBuild intuitive dashboards for business stakeholdersPartner effectively with Data EngineeringGenerate insights that drive measurable business impactBecome a trusted analytics partner across the organizationWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
