MicroStrategy Consultant (Banking & Financial Services)Location: Remote (Saudi Arabia Hours)Contract: 6-Month Initial Contract (Extendable)About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced MicroStrategy Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience to join a major Data & Analytics programme within the Banking & Financial Services sector.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise reporting and business intelligence solutions leveraging a Teradata Data Warehouse environment. You will play a key role in enabling critical operational, analytical, management, and regulatory reporting capabilities across a highly regulated organisation.This position requires strong expertise in MicroStrategy, Teradata, SQL, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and Stakeholder Management.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, dossiers, and analytics applications.Gather, analyse, and document business and reporting requirements from key stakeholders.Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and business intelligence solutions.Develop executive dashboards, operational reports, KPI scorecards, and management reporting capabilities.Build and optimise Intelligent Cubes, metrics, attributes, prompts, filters, and reporting objects.Work extensively with Teradata Data Warehouse environments to support reporting and analytical requirements.Collaborate closely with business users, data engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Support regulatory, compliance, risk, and management reporting initiatives.Optimise reporting performance and troubleshoot platform, reporting, and data-related issues.Participate in solution design workshops, testing activities, deployment, and post-production support.Ensure adherence to reporting governance, security standards, and BI best practices.Provide recommendations around reporting strategy, performance improvements, and platform optimisation.Required Experience8+ years of experience working with MicroStrategy technologies within enterprise environments.Strong expertise across:MicroStrategy ArchitectureReportingDashboardsDossiersIntelligent CubesAdministrationProven experience working within Teradata Data Warehouse environments.Advanced SQL development, data analysis, and query optimisation skills.Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modelling principles.Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale BI, reporting, and analytics solutions.Previous experience within:BankingFinancial ServicesRegulatory EnvironmentsCentral BankingOther Highly Regulated IndustriesExperience supporting business-critical reporting and analytics functions.Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Preferred ExperienceExperience supporting:Central BanksFinancial RegulatorsBanking InstitutionsGovernment-Backed Financial ProgrammesExperience with:Regulatory ReportingRisk ReportingCompliance ReportingExecutive Management ReportingExposure to large-scale Data & Analytics transformation programmes.Experience operating within highly secure and governance-driven environments.Previous consulting experience.Relevant MicroStrategy certifications.Key SkillsMicroStrategyTeradataSQLData WarehousingBusiness Intelligence (BI)Analytics & ReportingDashboard DevelopmentData VisualisationRegulatory ReportingBanking & Financial ServicesStakeholder ManagementPerformance OptimisationPLEASE NOTEThis opportunity is intended for candidates currently located outside of the country.Sponsorship and visa support are not available for this position.Candidates must be able to work remotely and align with Saudi Arabia working hours.Only applicants who meet the above criteria will be considered.
