Business Intelligence Consultant (Tableau)

Webisoft is a premier development lab and venture studio specializing in cutting-edge technologies. We're looking for a Tableau product manager / BI platform owner to take ownership of a large enterprise Tableau deployment — tens of thousands of active users and thousands of publishers — for one of our enterprise clients. This isn't a dashboard-building role. You own the platform: governance, performance, enablement, and where AI fits into all of it.Must-havesDeep working knowledge of Tableau as a platform, not just as a dashboard tool — content architecture, governance, published data sources, permissions, and the publisher lifecycle.Hands-on dashboard performance tuning: diagnosing and fixing slow extracts, queries, and workbook design.Track record defining and enforcing best practices across a large community of content authors, including building the enablement material that makes them stick.A working understanding of what different business functions actually build in Tableau, and the instinct to anticipate demand rather than just work the ticket queue.Familiarity with Tableau MCP and with building or deploying Tableau skills or agent integrations.Strong communication.Able to work Pacific Time hours with meaningful daily overlap with the client team.Located in the Americas.Professional English, spoken and writtenNice-to-havesTableau certification carries significant weight here — a certified candidate is prioritized over an equivalent profile without one.
