Business Intelligence Lead

LEAD BI ANALYST – DUBAI BASED- – RELOCATION AVAILABLE!!!We are working with one of the largest iGaming platforms in MENA, who are scaling their Data function in Dubai and hiring a Lead BI Analyst to drive product performance, experimentation, and BI infrastructure across their gaming products.This role sits at the intersection of Product, Growth, Marketing, and Data Engineering, with direct impact on conversion, retention, and revenue; seeing you report directly into the Head of BI whilst leading and mentoring a team of BI Analysts.-What you’ll do:Own product and business analytics across funnels, activation, retention, conversion, and user behaviour.Lead and mentor BI Analysts, ensuring high-quality analytical outputs, technical standards, and delivery across the BI function.Build and maintain data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure using SQL, dbt, and modern BI tools.Partner closely with Product, Growth, and Data Engineering teams to influence roadmap and optimisation decisions.Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.Leverage AI/ML technologies to improve analytics capabilities, automate workflows, and generate actionable business insights.Drive consistency in KPI frameworks, metric definitions, data quality, and analytical methodologies across the BI team.-What they’re looking for:Expert-level SQL and hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).7+ years of BI / Analytics experience.2+ years of technical leadership experience, including leading or managing analysts.Strong experience with cloud data warehouses, data modelling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and dbt (familiarity with dbt is sufficient).Proven background in product analytics, including funnel analysis, cohort analysis, retention, conversion, and A/B testing.Hands-on AI/ML experience is mandatory, including LLMs, GenAI, AI agents, predictive modelling, or machine learning.Must be technically hands-on, rather than purely focused on people management.iGaming, or FinTech experience is strongly preferred.-What’s on offer:Salary: 42,000 AED - 47,000 AED per month (tax free) + a 10–20% performance-related bonus.Full relocation support for candidates outside the UAE: 2 weeks' hotel accommodation, private medical insurance/VISA and flights covered for you and your family.Remote-first working model: 1 day per week in their Dubai-based office, 4 days working from home.3-stage interview process, urgent hire.-Important information:You must have a notice period of 1 month maximum to apply for this role.You must be fully committed to relocating to Dubai for this position, it can NOT be done remotely.If this sounds like you, please hit that apply button below!
